Job summary

Nu Look Home Care Agency is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our growing team serving Raleigh, NC and surrounding areas. You will perform assessments, develop and update care plans, and coordinate with physicians, families, and caregivers to deliver safe, person-centered home care.

Ideal candidates hold an NC RN license, CPR/AED certification, and demonstrate strong documentation, communication, and independent work capabilities in home and community settings.

Qualifications

• Current and unrestricted North Carolina RN license.
• Current CPR/AED certification.
• Strong assessment and clinical documentation skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to work independently in a home and community-based environment.
• Able to pass employment screenings.
• Home care or community-based nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct nursing assessments and reassessments.

• Monitoring clients for changes in health or condition.
• Providing skilled nursing services within the RN scope of practice.
