Zusammenfassung

Texas Health Denton is seeking a Registered Nurse II (RN II) PRN in Radiology to deliver patient care using the Nursing Process across shifts.

The role requires RN licensure, BCLS, ACLS, NIHSS, and CPI training, with radiology/IR and critical care experience preferred. Moderate sedation experience is also encouraged. PRN As Needed hours offer flexibility within a busy imaging department.

Qualifikationen

• Critical care experience preferred if radiology/IR experience is missing.

• Incorporates age specific safety/infection control measures into patient care.
• Initiates action to meet patient and/or significant others' information needs.
• Maintains continuity of patient care inter‑shift and inter‑hospital, while expediting transfers.

What You Need

Education

• Nursing Diploma required Or
• Associate's Degree Nursing required Or
• Bachelor's Degree Nursing preferred

Experience

• Radiology / IR experience strongly preferred
• Critical care experience is strongly preferred if without radiology / IR experience.
• Moderate sedation experience preferred

Licenses and Certifications

• RN - Registered Nurse upon hire required And
• BCLS - Basic Cardiac Life Support prior to providing independent patient care and maintained quarterly required And
• ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support 90 days required And
• NIHSS- National Institute of Health Stroke Scale Certification 30 days required And
• CPI- Crisis Prevention Intervention Training maintained annually 90 days required
