Dallas Regional Medical Center is a 202-bed acute care hospital accredited by The Joint Commission that offers a wide range of medical services including 24/7 emergency care, cardiology, wound care, surgical services, cardiac catheterization, and imaging. The hospital is the only Certified Stroke Center, Accredited Chest Pain Center, and Labor and Delivery Unit in the area. In addition, Dallas Regional is the only Trauma Center for 13 miles, and was the first Accredited Geriatric Emergency Room in Dallas County. The Registered Nurse is responsible for:
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING
1. Current and valid state RN License.
2. Current BLS certificate upon hire and maintain current.
3. Completion of Critical Care Course preferred.
4. Basic Arrythmia Interpretation within 30 days of hire.
5. Current ACLS certificate 30 days upon hire and maintain current.
6. Minimum of one year as a staff RN in acute care hospital, critical care preferred.
7. Critical Care RN (CCRN) Certification preferred.
8. Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
