This role involves providing patient care utilizing the Nursing Process within the framework of the Nurse Practice Act, ANA Code for Nurses, and Scope & Standards of Practice. The RN delegates, directs, and assists licensed and ancillary team members, ensuring quality patient outcomes, respecting cultural, ethnic, and religious diversity, and contributing to the unit and department’s strategic goals. The RN demonstrates professional responsibility and supports the nursing philosophy of the company.
Education
Required - Registered Nurse Diploma
Preferred - Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing
Work Experience
Required - None
Certifications
Required - Current RN License in the state of practice
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association
Preferred - Certification in clinical specialty area
Knowledge Skills and Abilities (KSAs)
