Job summary

Fairview Hospital / Cleveland Clinic is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) ICU Supervisor to lead and oversee the intensive care unit, ensuring safe, high-quality patient care across all populations.

The role collaborates with the Director on staffing, operations, and fiscal responsibilities, and responds flexibly to emergencies while delegating tasks as needed. Leadership in acute care is preferred with a focus on staff development and quality initiatives.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in Nursing is required.
• Valid multi-state RN license, or ability to obtain one if licensed in another Compact state.
• AHA BLS CPR certification within 7 days of hire.
• CPI certification; additional unit-specific certifications as required.
• Preferred: 2–3 years of acute care leadership experience.
