About Saint Francis Hospital Bartlett

Saint Francis Hospital Bartlett is a 196-bed hospital dedicated to providing high-quality, compassionate care to the community. As a comprehensive medical center, it offers specialties including Emergency Services, Surgical Services, Med/Surge, Orthopedics, Critical Care, and Women’s Services.

Position: IRN CU Full Time Nights

This role involves providing direct clinical patient care, assessing, planning, and implementing care for assigned patients on a per-shift basis. It includes supervising staff to whom care is delegated. The nurse is responsible for supporting the CNO to ensure high-quality, safe, and appropriate care, staff competency, and resource management.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain an active and current RN license in the state of practice.
  • Demonstrate effective interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Serve as a role model and advocate for the nursing profession.
Education
  • Required: Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
  • Preferred: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Nursing.
Certification
  • Required: Current licensure, certification, or registration to practice as required by law or policy, including CPR.
