Job Description

1. Utilize the nursing process and clinical standards to coordinate nursing care for Critical Care patients.
2. Direct unlicensed staff activities, assess patient needs, plan and implement care, teach patients and families, and evaluate care outcomes.
3. Communicate effectively and document relevant patient data, considering patient age, cultural, psychosocial, and spiritual needs.
4. Contribute to quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care outcomes.
5. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure safe and effective care delivery.

Pay Range

$44.48 - $69.74 per hour, based on experience and qualifications. Additional compensation may include shift differentials, incentives, and bonuses.

Experience & Education

• Two years of Critical Care Nursing experience preferred.
• Current California RN license.
• Current AHA BLS for Healthcare Providers card.
• Current ACLS card.
• Specialty certification preferred.
