Inspira Health Network is seeking a Float Pool ICU Registered Nurse (RN) to support staffing across Vineland and Elmer ICUs, providing direct patient care and potential reassignment to Step-Down Units.

The role requires enrollment in a BSN or MSN program within six months of hire and graduate by the third anniversary; NJ RN license, BLS, ACLS, and CC course on hire; three years ICU experience preferred. This is an on-site role emphasizing clinical excellence.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in a BSN or MSN program within six months of hire or rehired and graduate on or before the third employment anniversary date.
• BSN or MSN graduates preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years post-education ICU clinical experience.
• Current New Jersey RN license; BLS and ACLS on hire; Critical Care course completion on hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in ICUs across Vineland and Elmer; support staffing needs for acuity and volume.
• May be reassigned to Step-Down Units as needed to meet patient care demands.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe, high-quality ICU care.

MAJOR FUNCTION:The Float Pool ICU Registered Nurse (RN) provides staffing support throughout Vineland and Elmer medical centers ICUs to adequately meet the volume and acuity of patients.
