Advocate Health’s Atrium Navicent- The Medical Center in Georgia seeks an experienced RN for its Specialty Float Pool. The role supports a fast-paced, high-quality care environment with rotating shifts and weekend/holiday requirements.

Nurses provide patient-centered care across the continuum using evidence-based practice. The position offers 36 hours per week, nights 7pm–7am, and a float premium in addition to base pay.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing
• Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices
• BLS & ACLS for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association
• Two years of hospital bedside care experience preferred

Responsibilities

Pay Range

$38.20 - $57.30

Teammates in this role are eligible for a float premium paid in addition to base pay for qualifying hours.

We’re Looking For

What You’ll Do

• As a skilled and compassionate RN, you will play a pivotal role in providing and coordinating comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures.
• Using evidence-based practice, clinical decision making, compassion, and skills communication while leading efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum.

Atrium Health Navicent- The Medical Center is a nationally recognized academic medical center, nationally-verified Level 1 Trauma Center, Magnet ® hospital for nursing, and serves a service area of 30 counties and a population of nearly 750,000 persons.
