Plan A Health in Roswell, NM is seeking a full-time ICU Registered Nurse for night shifts in a fast-paced hospital setting, including emergency, intensive care, and outpatient services. You will provide expert care to critically ill patients and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimize outcomes.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years in specialty and general nursing, have a current NM nursing license, BLS within 14 days of hire, and a commitment to patient safety.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree or Diploma in Nursing required.
• Valid NM Nursing license or NM compact license required.
• BLS certification within 14 days of hire required.
• ACLS or PAL may be preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional patient care in ICU.
• Assist and supervise staff assigned to the nurse in charge.
• Serve as Charge Nurse when needed.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
