Job summary

HCRC consulting in Houston, TX seeks a confident RN to join as Director of Patient Care. This role focuses on patient consultations, education, treatment-plan presentation, and case acceptance—not bedside nursing. You will work with a multidisciplinary team to guide patients through high-value care plans and financing options.

You’ll influence patient decisions, educate on treatment options, and help ensure strong case acceptance while enjoying a 4.5-day workweek and robust marketing support.

Qualifications

• Active Texas RN license.
• Excellent communication and patient relationship skills.
• Comfortable presenting treatment plans and discussing costs.
• Strong consultative sales and closing skills.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a major plus.

$110K–$160K+ Earning Potential | 4.5-Day Workweek

We are seeking a confident, personable Registered Nurse (RN) to join our growing multidisciplinary practice in Houston, TX as our Director of Patient Care.

This is a unique opportunity for an RN who excels at patient consultation, education, treatment-plan presentation, and case acceptance.

This is not a traditional bedside nursing position. Your primary focus will be working directly with patients, explaining treatment recommendations, presenting care plans, answering questions, and helping patients confidently move forward with their care.

Compensation & Benefits

• $70K–$80K base salary +$40K–$80K+ additional performance compensation for a Potential total compensation: $110,000–$160,000+

You’ll be joining a busy, established practice with consistent patient volume, so you won’t be expected to generate your own patient base.
