Universal Health Services (UHS) seeks an RN House Supervisor to lead the care team at St Simons By-the-Sea, a behavioral health hospital in Georgia. This full-time role focuses on coordinating daily operations, directing staff, and maintaining patient-centered care in a calm, organized setting.

You will oversee clinical excellence, support staff development, and collaborate with leadership across UHS subsidiaries to deliver evidence-based behavioral health services for adults and adolescents.

Qualifications

• Current license to practice nursing in Georgia
• Three years supervisory experience (inpatient setting preferred)
• Two years’ experience in mental health
• Current CPR or BLS certification
