Qualifications

Registered Nurse (RN) House Supervisor

As a Registered Nurse (RN) House Supervisor joining our team, you embrace a vital mission dedicated to making communities healthier.

How You’ll Contribute
  • Provides nursing leadership for an assigned shift by supervising and mentoring staff, managing staffing levels based on patient needs and acuity, and ensuring safe, high‑quality care.
  • Assists with direct patient care and problem‑solving as needed, including taking patient assignments.
  • Supports staff with necessary equipment and resources and integrates evidence‑based practices into clinical protocols.
  • Addresses patient care concerns, coordinates admissions, discharges, and transfers, and contributes to performance improvement initiatives.
  • Conducts chart audits, supports staff development, and fulfills preceptor requirements. Collaborates with nursing leadership on reports, projects, and regulatory compliance.
  • Serves as a resource in the use of the EMR system.
Schedule

3x12 / 4x10 / 5x8 shifts with days (7a‑7p) / Nights (7p‑7a) + rotating weekends / every 3rd weekend / every weekend + on call, holidays, etc. Flexibility in scheduling may be required.
