If you value delivering care with empathy and compassion—like you would want for your loved ones—this role is for you.

If you haven't considered Nephrology before, we encourage you to read on.

DaVita, which means "giving life" in Italian, is committed to providing quality service to patients, partners, and teammates. Our mission: to be the Provider, Partner, and Employer of Choice.

Some details about this position:

What you can expect:

  • Be part of a supportive team in a positive environment. Staff RNs are central to a small interdisciplinary team of clinicians.
  • Deliver care to patients with multiple co-morbidities requiring tailored treatment plans, leveraging a broad range of nursing skills.
  • Oversee a group of patients with support from PCTs, conducting observations, measuring stats, and setting up machines.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment, applying your head, heart, and hands daily.
  • Specialize in multiple renal therapies, including Hemodialysis, Peritoneal Dialysis, CRRT, and Apheresis.
  • Work in a hospital setting, providing dialysis at a contracted healthcare system, becoming an integral part of both the hospital and DaVita teams.
  • Enjoy a dynamic environment, providing nephrology care in settings like ICU, CCU, ED, and more.
  • Schedule includes regular and on-call shifts, with schedules known in advance but subject to change based on patient needs.
What we'll provide:
