Centra Healthcare Solutions is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) licensed or in the process of obtaining licensure in Oregon to work in Hospice/Palliative Care on a contract basis.

The role follows a 5x8 days schedule with responsibilities that include providing compassionate end-of-life care, ensuring quality patient outcomes, and coordinating with the care team to meet patients' needs. A minimum of one year in Hospice/Palliative Care is required.

Competenze

• 1 year of recent experience as an RN in Hospice/Palliative Care.
• Current RN license in Oregon (or in process).

This is a contract position5x8 Days schedule.

This role assumes responsibility and accountability for incorporating the vision, values, mission and critical goals of the organization into their job performance.

Minimum Requirements include:

• 1 year of recent experience as a(n) Registered Nurse (RN)Hospice/Palliative Care experience required.Current Registered Nurse (RN) license within the state of practice.
