OhioHealth at Home in partnership with Compassus is seeking a Hospice Registered Nurse / RN Case Manager to support patients in Marion and Mansfield. This role emphasizes compassionate, patient- and family-centered care in the home setting.

Qualifications

• RN license in the state you work
• Two years of experience as a registered nurse, hospice experience preferred
• Current driver’s license
• Current CPR and BCLS certification

• Build trusting compassionate relationships with your patients and their families
• Empower caregivers by educating them on care for their loved one
• Collaborate with your care team to provide comfort, peace, and dignity
