Job summary

AdvisaCare is seeking a visionary RN Hospice Clinical Director to lead our growing Hospice Division in Grand Rapids, MI. You will shape strategy, mentor leaders, and ensure patient-centered, end-of-life care across multiple offices.

This role requires an active Michigan RN license and hospice leadership experience. You’ll build teams, drive growth, navigate regulatory requirements, and partner with executive leadership to advance AdvisaCare’s mission with compassion and accountability.
