BAYADA Hospice is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Full-Time Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at the Hospice office in Toms River, NJ. This role involves servicing hospice clients on a per-visit basis in Ocean County, NJ.

While prior home care or hospice experience is strongly preferred, it is not mandatory. As a hospice nurse (RN), you will be a vital part of a multidisciplinary team providing palliative care, enabling clients to receive necessary medical care at home.

Responsibilities of a Hospice RN:

• Making home visits to clients within designated territories
• Administering medications, wound care, treatments, and comfort care
• Monitoring client conditions and reporting changes to the Clinical or Client Services Manager
• Following up on, executing, and documenting doctors' orders
• Performing client assessments as needed
• Occasional on-call duties after hours and on weekends

Qualifications:

• Current RN license in NJ
• Minimum of one year of recent clinical experience (medical/surgical)
• Prior home care and/or hospice experience is preferred but not required
• Strong computer skills; experience with electronic medical records (EMR) is a plus
• Willingness to travel to assigned cases
