AdvisaCare is seeking a visionary RN Hospice Administrator to shape the future of our Hospice Division and lead with purpose. This role offers the opportunity to influence strategy, mentor leaders, and improve patient care across a growing network of offices.

You will oversee clinical, operational, and financial performance, ensure regulatory excellence, and drive growth while maintaining the highest standards of compassionate, patient-centered end-of-life care.

Qualifications

• Active Michigan RN license required.
• Minimum 2 years of hospice experience.
• Experience overseeing or managing multiple offices.
• Strong communication, leadership, and employee development skills.
• Excellent time-management and organizational abilities.
• Flexibility and adaptability in a growing organization.

Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
