Otterbein is a not-for-profit, faith-based ministry that is a national leader and innovator in retirement living communities and long-term care. Otterbein is seeking a Hospice RN to assist in the growth of our Hospice ministry. Otterbein Hospice complements already strong independent senior services, outpatient capabilities, and clinical facilities at Otterbein.

Shift Available: PRN (All Shifts), PRN (On call weekends and nights)

Responsibilities

• This role is responsible for managing a primary caseload.
• Provide skilled professional nursing care to patients, their families, and caregivers as prescribed by the physician and in compliance with the Hospice Medicare Conditions of Participation, Ohio Hospice licensure laws, and agency policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in nursing preferred. Graduate of approved nursing program.
• Licensure/Certification: Valid Ohio Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Experience: A minimum of 2–4 years’ direct patient care experience in hospice or home care.
