Job summary

AccentCare is seeking a Hospice Registered Nurse (RN) in Ontario, CA to provide compassionate, patient-centered care in a team setting. The role offers an hourly rate of $58–$63 based on experience, with a schedule Tue–Sat 8am–5pm and a focus on comfort, dignity, and clinical excellence.

The RN will collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team, manage care plans, and coordinate services across disciplines while maintaining thorough documentation and pursuing ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active RN license in the state of practice.
• At least 1 year of nursing experience required.

• Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and appropriate auto insurance
