Position: Registered Nurse

Remote/Virtual Position: No

Coverage Area: Lower Bucks and Montgomery County

Salary: $90,000 - $95,000 / year

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm, plus backup on call

Be the Best Hospice Registered Nurse You Can Be

If you meet these qualifications, we would love to meet you:

• Associates degree, preferred
• Registered Nurse license required in practicing state(s)
• Current and valid CPR certification, preferred - required in Georgia
• Minimum one year of experience, preferred - required in California
• Previous experience in hospice, home health, medical-surgical, or patient population-specific nursing (e.g., geriatrics, pediatrics)
• Willingness to serve on-call
• Reliable automobile, valid driver's license, and minimum state-required auto insurance

Responsibilities

• Assess patient/family needs across physical, psychological, social, and spiritual domains; collaborate with patient/family, physician, IDG to establish and evaluate the care plan
• Maintain communication with attending physician, Medical Director, IDG, Team Director, Team Manager, and other agencies to coordinate optimal care and resource use
• Document according to protocol, maintaining up-to-date records reflecting current status, interventions, actions, and goals
