Job description

Seeking Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVN) for our fantastic home health team. Join the leader in California Home health Services! Open Needs include: Per-Diem opportunity for LVN.

Home Health Expectations and Duties:
  1. You will be providing Home Health Visits to various patients in their homes.
  2. Follow-up visits with patients with home health needs.
  3. Providing skilled nursing care and prescribed medical treatment to patients in compliance with the Nurse Practice Act in California.
  4. Work under the supervision of a Nurse Practitioner or Physician.
  5. Other duties may include:
  • Providing nursing care within scope of LVN practice.
  • Gathering data relevant to the patient’s individual needs.
  • Assisting RN in patient and family education.
  • Providing basic medical care, including changing bandages, administering medication, and collecting specimens.
  • Ensuring the health, comfort, and safety of patients by assisting with bathing, feeding, and dressing.
  • Monitoring and reporting changes in patient's condition to supervisor.
Qualifications:
