BAYADA Home Health Care in Raleigh, North Carolina is seeking compassionate Registered Nurses (RN) to join our team, full-time or part-time, to provide home health services to adult and geriatric clients on a per-visit basis in Johnston County and surrounding territories.

The position offers a $5,000 hiring bonus for full-time staff, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for training and career advancement while maintaining high standards of care and infection prevention.

Qualifications

• Active North Carolina RN license.
• Minimum 1 year of clinical (medical/surgical) experience.
• Home care experience preferred.
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.

Responsibilities

• Follow a designated care plan per patient needs.
• Make home visits to clients in Johnston County and surrounding areas.
• Administer medications, perform wound care, and other treatments.
• Monitor client conditions and report changes to supervisor.
• Follow up with and document doctors' orders accurately.
• Perform client assessments as necessary and coordinate case management.
• Document observations and interventions in the EMR tablet.

BAYADA Home Health is looking for compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurses (RN) to join our team full time or part time in our Raleigh, North Carolina office.

This position will be providing services to our adult and geriatric clients on a per visit basis in territories throughout Johnston County.

Registered Nurse (RN) Responsibilities:

• Follow a designated care plan in accordance with patient's needs
• Make home visits to clients in designated geographic territories
• Perform assigned duties, including administration of medication, wound care, treatments, and procedures
• Monitor clients' conditions; reporting changes to Clinical or Client Services Manager
• Follow up with, execute, and properly document doctors' orders
• Perform client assessments as necessary
• Case management and coordination
• Accurately document observations, interventions, and evaluations pertaining to client care management and services provided, utilizing a state-of-the-art touch pad tablet

Qualifications for a Registered Nurse (RN):

• A current license as a Registered Nurse in North Carolina.
• A minimum of one year of recent, verifiable clinical (medical/surgical) experience.
• Prior home care experience strongly preferred, but not required.
• Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Solid computer skills; prior experience with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred.
• Ability to travel to cases as assigned.

Additional Information

Base Pay, depending upon qualifications: $55.00-$62.00 per point.
