Overview

At St. Luke’s, our dedicated Hospital at Home team manages staff, oversees patient care, and ensures adherence to policies and procedures. This role works closely with St. Luke's Virtual Care Center, located in downtown Boise, which aims to optimize acute care outcomes through technology and collaboration.

What you can expect from this role

• Serve as a liaison with our acute and home care teams within St. Luke's system
• Provide leadership for the newly developed Hospital at Home program
• Manage 15 FTE RN direct reports
• Participate in safety huddles and influence safety practices
• Bring entrepreneurial vision for future support areas
• Maintain autonomy in leadership
• Utilize cutting-edge technology, including upcoming AI tools
• Full-time role (1.0 FTE), primarily daytime hours, with interaction with night shift, M-F, rotating weeks
• Continuing education scholarships available

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
• Experience: 7 years of clinical experience in the relevant area
• Licenses/Certifications: Current RN licensure in practice state and BLS certification from AHA or ARC
