Registered Nurse (RN) - Home Health Senior Living Visits

Join our team as a Registered Nurse (RN) providing home health visits in senior living communities at BAYADA Home Health Care.

Job Details

Immediate Per-Diem opportunities available throughout Dauphin, Lancaster, York, and Cumberland County. Flexible schedules, 1:1 care, and excellent work/life balance await you.

• Availability to work one weekend a month and 1-2+ weekdays between 8:30am-5pm.

Responsibilities

• Follow care plans tailored to patient needs.
• Perform home visits, administer medications, wound care, and treatments.
• Monitor and report client condition changes.
• Document care activities accurately using electronic devices.
• Coordinate case management and follow doctors' orders.

Qualifications

• Current PA RN license.
• At least one year of recent clinical experience.
• Preferred but not required: home care experience.
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• Ability to work independently, manage time, and travel as needed.
• Strong interpersonal and computer skills, experience with EMR preferred.
