Benefits and Features:

• Competitive income dependent on experience ($62,000 – $69,000/year or $29 - $33 hourly)
• Full‑time role/40 hours per week

Provider’s Role with the Company:

• Responsible for providing home nursing care through all phases of care
• Provide treatment to patients per protocols, utilize OASIS assessment and documentation
• Manage and administer prescription medicines as needed
• Perform on‑going periodic system assessment and data collection in a systematic manner
• Educate and instruct the patient, patient’s family, and other staff as required

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse/RN
• License and Board Certification in the state of Virginia or pending
• Open to new graduates with a strong clinical background
• One year or more home health experience preferred
• Team‑oriented and outstanding communication skills
