Job summary

Enhabit Home Health & Hospice Careers is seeking a PRN Registered Nurse to perform intermittent skilled visits in the home. You will assess, treat, and educate clients, families, and caregivers under the supervision of the Branch Director.

This role requires an active RN license in the state, strong communication, problem-solving abilities, and a flexible schedule. A valid driver's license and auto insurance are required.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current and unencumbered RN license in the state you intend to work.
• Must be organized, detail-oriented with effective written and verbal communication.
• RN must understand home health care delivery and be able to problem-solve.
• Able to accommodate a flexible work schedule.
• Must have a valid driver's license and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

Our PRN Registered Nurse (RN) administers skilled care visits to clients requiring intermittent professional services and teaches the client, family, and other members of the health care team. These services are performed in accordance with the physician’s orders and the established plan of care, under the direction and supervision of the Branch Director.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current and unencumbered Registered Nursing License in the state which you intend to work.
• Must be organized, detail-oriented and possess effective communication skills both orally and in writing.
• RN must understand the issues related to the delivery of home health care and be able to problem-solve effectively.
• Ability to assume a flexible work schedule.
• Requirements:1. Must have a current driver's license and automobile insurance.
