Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is seeking a PRN Registered Nurse (RN) to administer skilled home health visits and educate clients and families as part of a coordinated care team. Work is performed under a physician-directed plan of care and the supervision of the Branch Director.

The ideal candidate will hold a current RN license in the state of work, be organized with strong communication skills, understand home health care dynamics, and be able to adapt to a flexible schedule.

Qualifikationen

• Must hold a current and unencumbered Registered Nursing License in the state in which you intend to work.
• Must be organized, detail-oriented and possess effective communication skills both orally and in writing.
• RN must understand issues related to the delivery of home health care and be able to problem-solve effectively.
• Ability to assume a flexible work schedule.
• Must have a current driver’s license and automobile insurance.
