Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is seeking a PRN Registered Nurse (RN) to provide skilled visits to clients in the home setting, following physician orders and the plan of care. You will teach clients and families and coordinate with the health care team under the Branch Director's supervision.

The ideal candidate is an organized, detail-oriented communicator who can adapt to a flexible schedule and possesses an active RN license in the state of work, plus a valid driver's license and auto

Qualifications

• Must hold a current and unencumbered RN license in the state you intend to work.
• Must be organized, detail-oriented and possess effective communication skills both orally and in writing.
• RN must understand the issues related to home health care and be able to problem-solve effectively.
• Ability to assume a flexible work schedule.
• Must have a current drivers license and automobile insurance.

Responsabilités

• Administers skilled care visits to clients per physician orders and the established plan of care, under the direction and supervision of the Branch Director.
• Educates the client, family, and other health care team members about the plan of care and care techniques.

Responsibilities

Our PRN Registered Nurse (RN) administers skilled care visits to clients requiring intermittent professional services and teaches the client, family, and other members of the health care team. These services are performed in accordance with the physician’s orders and the established plan of care, under the direction and supervision of the Branch Director.

Qualifications
