Job summary

Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is seeking a PRN Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver skilled visits in patients' homes across Grapevine and surrounding areas. You will follow physician orders and the care plan, while working under the Branch Director's supervision.

Qualified candidates hold an active RN license in Texas, demonstrate strong organization, clear communication, and flexible scheduling to meet patient needs in home health care.

Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted RN license in the state where you work.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and adapt to home health care needs.
• Willingness to travel to patient locations and maintain a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Administer skilled care visits to home care clients as prescribed by physicians.
• Educate patients and families on care plans and medications.
• Coordinate with the health care team and Branch Director to ensure quality care.
• Maintain accurate documentation of visits and patient progress.

Responsibilities

Our PRN Registered Nurse (RN) administers skilled care visits to clients requiring intermittent professional services and teaches the client, family, and other members of the health care team. These services are performed in accordance with the physician’s orders and the established plan of care, under the direction and supervision of the Branch Director.

Qualifications

• 1. Musthold a current and unencumberedRegisteredNursing License in the state which you intend to work.2.Must be organized, detail-oriented and possess effective communication skills both orally and in writing.3.RN must understand the issues related to the delivery of home health care and be able to problem-solve effectively.4. Ability to assume a flexible work schedule.
• Requirements:1. Must have a current driver's license and automobile insurance.
