Job summary

Enhabit Home Health & Hospice in Texas is seeking a PRN Registered Nurse (RN) to administer skilled home health visits under physician orders and a defined plan of care. You will educate clients, families, and other members of the health care team, ensuring compassionate, compliant care in the home setting.

The role requires organized, detail-oriented communication, flexibility to cover varying schedules, and the ability to work independently under the Branch Director's supervision.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current and unencumbered Registered Nursing License in the state in which you intend to work.
• Must be organized, detail-oriented and possess effective communication skills both orally and in writing.
• RN must understand the issues related to the delivery of home health care and be able to problem-solve effectively.
• Ability to assume a flexible work schedule.

Responsibilities

• Administer skilled home health visits to clients as prescribed.

Responsibilities

Our PRN Registered Nurse (RN) administers skilled care visits to clients requiring intermittent professional services and teaches the client, family, and other members of the health care team. These services are performed in accordance with the physician’s orders and the established plan of care, under the direction and supervision of the Branch Director.
