Job summary

UPMC Home Health in the Farrell area is hiring a Full-Time Registered Nurse to deliver one-on-one in-home care across Farrell, West Middlesex, Pulaski, Edinburg and nearby communities. Monday–Friday daylight shifts with on-call and weekend rotations.

You will assess, plan, and provide skilled nursing care, document electronically, and collaborate with physicians and an interdisciplinary team, enjoying a balance of autonomy and support with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing.
• Active RN license (Pennsylvania or compact state eligibility).
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
• CPR required per AHA standards within 30 days of hire.
• Current licensure in state of facility or multistate license under NLC.

Responsibilities

• Deliver skilled nursing care to patients in patients' homes within assigned communities.
• Develop and manage plans of care in collaboration with physicians and interdisciplinary team.
• Provide patient and family education to promote independence and recovery.
• Complete required documentation (OASIS, visit notes, orders) electronically.
• Contribute to high-quality, patient-centered outcomes while maintaining regulatory standards.

Qualifications/Certifications

• Final title and compensation are based on experience, education, and career ladder placement.
