Job summary

Professional Case Management, a leader in home healthcare, is hiring Registered Nurses to deliver in-home care across New Mexico. You can choose shifts 7am–7pm or 7pm–7am, creating a schedule that fits school, travel, volunteering, or family time.

Ideal candidates are licensed RNs with strong communication, respect for diverse backgrounds, and a commitment to safety. Mentorship is offered for newly licensed grads. Competitive pay and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a state-approved school of professional nursing.
• Current, unrestricted RN license in the state(s) of practice.
• Prefer minimum of one year RN experience in acute care or equivalent.
• Newly licensed grads encouraged to apply - mentorship offered.
• Current CPR certification and TB test requirements are likely applicable.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home nursing care to patients.
• Maintain compliance with agency policies and procedures.
• Foster one-on-one patient relationships to improve health, quality of life and peace of mind.
• Promote personal safety and a safe environment for clients.
• Assist with coordination of care and education during visits.
