Responsibilities

The Registered Nurse (RN) in Home Health performs patient visits, coordinates care, and serves as the primary contact for all disciplines involved in patient care. The RN oversees visit frequency, consults with physicians and office staff, and manages documentation such as accurate OASIS collection, medication profiles, lab values, and participates in weekly and monthly case meetings.

Qualifications

Applicants must meet the following requirements:

• Current RN licensure in the state of employment
• Preferred minimum of one year of clinical experience
• Knowledge of current nursing practices
• Valid driver’s license and automobile liability insurance
