Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a full-time Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Vermont home health visit teams. You will be an integral member of a multidisciplinary health care team that provides skilled nursing and rehabilitative care to clients, enabling them to remain at home.

We have opportunities throughout Vermont with immediate needs in Windsor, Orange, and Windham Counties. A Full Time Bonus Opportunity of up to $10,000 is available and pay is weekly, with competitive base pay and

Qualifications

• Current Vermont nursing license in good standing.
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• At least one year of adult/geriatric medical experience in relevant settings in the past two years.

Responsibilities

• Triage and manage urgent clinical situations in the home setting.
• Provide skilled nursing and rehabilitative care with a focus on patient safety.
• Perform medication reconciliation, teaching, and safety monitoring.

BAYADA Home Health Care is currently seeking a full time Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our Vermont home health visit teams. You will be an integral member of a multi-disciplinary health care team that provides skilled nursing and rehabilitative care to clients, affording them the opportunity to remain at home. How You’ll Make an Impact:

• Use strong head-to-toe assessment skills with the ability to identify subtle changes in patient condition
• Utilize your experience with acute and post-acute care (e.g., CHF, COPD, wound care, IV therapy, post-surgical care)
• Triage and manage urgent clinical situations independently in the home setting
• Perform medication reconciliation, teaching, and safety monitoring
• Perform comprehensive wound assessment, care, and documentation

Qualifications for a Registered BAYADA Nurse:

• A current nursing license in good standing in the state of Vermont
• Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma
• At least one year of current or recent hands-on medical experience within the past two years with the adult/geriatric population in acute care, emergency department, home health, hospice, ICU, med surg, sub-acute care or rehab units (medical or skilled nursing settings).

Pay: Weekly

Base Pay, depending on qualifications and subject to negotiations

$60-65 per point
