Job summary

Act for Health, Inc. is hiring Registered Nurses in Ohio to provide in-home healthcare services. You choose the days you work, with flexible scheduling from 8am to 8pm, enabling balance with school, travel, volunteering, or family activities.

We offer one-on-one patient care, rewarding interactions at clients’ homes, and benefit packages including medical, dental, and vision coverage. CPR and TB testing support available.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with an unrestricted license in the state(s) of practice.
• Graduate of a state-approved school of professional nursing.
• Newly licensed nurses encouraged to apply with paid mentorship.
• CPR certification and TB test required or reimbursed.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home RN care and assessments.
• Coordinate with patients and families to develop care plans.
• Maintain accurate medical records and documentation.

Qualifications

• - Prefer minimum of one (1) year experience as an RN in an acute care setting or equivalent; newly licensed graduate nurses encouraged to apply (paid mentorship provided)
• - Current CPR certification and TB test (reimbursement may be available)

Standard Rate: $40.00 - $42.50 Hourly
