Job summary

Professional Case Management is seeking a Registered Nurse for in-home health visits in New Mexico. Make a difference by delivering patient-centered care with flexible scheduling, Mon/Tue 7pm-7am shifts, and the opportunity to mentor new nurses in a supportive team.

Ideal candidates hold an RN license, CPR certification, and TB test; prior acute care experience is preferred but new grads are encouraged to apply. Equal opportunity employer and great benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Graduated from a state-approved school of professional nursing.
• Current, unrestricted RN license in the state(s) of practice.
• CPR certification and TB test required; reimbursement may be available.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home nursing care to patients.
• Develop one-on-one relationships with clients in their homes.
• Adhere to agency policies and procedures to ensure safety and quality of care.
• Participate in the mentorship program for new RNs.
