Job summary

Professional Case Management is hiring Registered Nurses to provide in-home healthcare services across Ohio. You’ll build one-on-one relationships with patients, set your own schedule, and support veterans and broader community health.

We offer competitive pay ($40.00–$42.50/hour), comprehensive benefit packages including medical, dental, vision, Health Savings and Flexible Spending Accounts, and paid mentorship for new graduates.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a state-approved school of professional nursing.
• Current, unrestricted RN license in the state(s) of practice.
• Prefer minimum of one year experience as an RN in an acute care setting; new graduates encouraged with paid mentorship.
• Current CPR certification and TB test (reimbursement may be available).

Standard Rate: $40.00 - $42.50 Hourly
