Professional Case Management (PCM) seeks Registered Nurses to deliver in‑home healthcare to veterans and clients in Kentucky. You’ll build one‑to‑one patient relationships and support quality of life in the home setting.

The role emphasizes flexible scheduling, patient safety, and adherence to agency policies while offering comprehensive benefit packages including medical, dental and vision coverage.

Formación

• Graduate of a state-approved school of professional nursing.
• Current, unrestricted RN license in the state(s) of practice.
• Current CPR certification and TB test.
