St. Luke’s Hospital in Missouri is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide quality home-based care as the primary nurse, delivering care per physician orders and agency policies.
This role performs start-of-care, recertification, resumption-of-care, and discharge OASIS assessments while upholding HIPAA, infection control standards, and the hospital’s mission and values.
Candidates must have a nursing degree and Missouri RN licensure; prior home health experience is preferred.

The Registered Nurse functions as a primary nurse and has accountability for providing quality nursing care for patients in their place of residence, as prescribed by the physician and in compliance with the standards of the Homecare Agency Infection Control Policies and HIPAA Policies. Performs and completes start-of-care, recertification’s, resumption-of-care, and discharge Comprehensive OASIS assessment. Performs all duties in a manner consistent with St. Luke’s mission and values.
Education: Nursing Degree
Experience: Previous Nursing experience
Licensure: Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Missouri
