HealthFlex is seeking Home Health Registered Nurses to provide compassionate in-home care across the Bay Area and surrounding regions. You will perform assessments, administer medications, monitor patient health, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality, compliant care.

This role emphasizes independent work within a territory, strong clinical skills, empathy, and dedication to patient comfort.

Qualifications

• CA RN License must be valid and unrestricted.
• At least 1 year RN direct patient care experience.
• Current AHA CPR certification.
• Valid Driver's License required.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate in-home nursing care, including assessments and medication administration.
• Monitor patient health and collaborate with healthcare professionals to adjust care plans.
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure regulatory compliance.

Position Summary:

Home Health RNs provide compassionate care in the comfort of the patients' homes, conducting assessments, administering medications, monitoring health, collaborating with healthcare professionals, maintaining records, offering support, and ensuring compliance with regulations. They need strong clinical skills, empathy, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

Pay Range:

$130,000 - $160,000

Compensation is determined by the following factors; experience, knowledge, skills, location, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
