Professional Case Management is seeking Registered Nurses (RN) for in-home health care in Augusta, GA. This part-time role offers flexible scheduling, competitive hourly pay, and the chance to build one-on-one relationships with clients in their homes.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a state-approved school of professional nursing (BSN preferred).
• Current, unrestricted license as an RN in the state(s) of practice.

• Current CPR certification and TB test.

Responsibilities

• Assess and evaluate health status of assigned clients.
• Review plan of care to evaluate client response to interventions.
• Verify medical orders are accurate and administer prescribed medications.
• Maintain safe and effective care/environment for clients and coworkers.
• Perform job in compliance with Agency policies, procedures, and community standards.
• Practice nursing with respect for individual, cultural, and spiritual differences.
• Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.
