Professional Case Management (PCM) is hiring Registered Nurses (RN) to provide in-home health care in Prosperity, SC. You can choose Part-Time or Full-Time schedules and enjoy weekly pay, health benefits, and one-on-one patient interactions. Earn flexible hours while delivering compassionate nursing in clients' homes.

RNs must hold an active state RN license with CPR and TB testing completed. BSN is preferred but not mandatory for all applicants.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a state-approved school of professional nursing with active RN licensure.
• BSN preferred but not required for all applicants.
• Current CPR certification and TB test are required.

Responsibilities

• Assess and evaluate the health status of assigned clients.
• Review plan of care to evaluate client response to interventions.
• Verify medical orders and administer prescribed medications.
• Maintain a safe and effective care environment for clients and coworkers.
• Communicate observations and assessments to the care team per policy.
