Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is seeking licensed professionals to provide skilled home health care. You will administer skilled services, educate patients and families, and follow the physician’s plan of care in patients’ homes across the Oklahoma service area.

Applicants should be licensed in the state of practice with at least one year of professional licensure experience. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required to service patients in various home settings.

Formación

• Graduate of an approved school of clinical education.
• Licensed in the state where they currently practice.
• At least one year experience as a licensed professional.

Responsibilities

Administer skilled care to patients requiring intermittent professional services. Teach the patient, family, and other members of the health care team. Perform services in accordance with the physician’s orders and the established plan of care (POC).

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an approved school of clinical education.
• Must be licensed in the state where they currently practice.
• Must have at least one year experience as a licensed professional.
• Must have basic demonstrated technology skills, including operation of a mobile device.

Education And Experience, Preferred

• Experience as a licensed professional may be deferred with a review and approval from the regional vice president or regional director.
• Medicare home health or hospice experience is preferred.

Requirements

• Must possess a valid state driver license
• Must maintain automobile liability insurance as required by law
• Must maintain dependable transportation in good working condition
• Must be able to safely drive an automobile in all types of weather conditions
• Must possess CPR certification for the healthcare provider
