Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Hybrid Clinical Designee to deliver private duty nursing to pediatric clients in the home. The role emphasizes one-to-one client care and shifts that can include days, evenings, and nights.

Qualified candidates will have a nursing degree, an active RN license, and pediatric private duty experience (G‑tube/Trach/Vent). BAYADA offers extensive benefits and a supportive, nonprofit environment.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program, as indicated by transcript or diploma.
• Current RN license in good standing in the state.
• Previous private duty nursing experience with pediatrics.

Responsibilities

• Provide private duty home nursing for assigned clients on a shift basis.
• Care for clients with conditions such as G-tube, trach or ventilator support.
• Coordinate care with families and BAYADA leadership to ensure quality outcomes.

What Private Duty with BAYADA’s Skilled Nursing Looks Like:

• Private duty = full shifts (8's, 10's, or 12's)

• Private duty = one client for the whole shift

• Nurses work with local clients nearby with short commutes

• Common diagnoses BAYADA Skilled Nurses work on: TBI, CP, Premature Birth, Sptinal Muscle Atrophy, Epilepsy

*RNs working in hospitals, long-term care, and schools have directly transferable skills and are well-equipped to handle one client in the home

Qualifications for A Private Duty RN Clinical Designee:

• Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma

• A current nursing license in good standing in the state
• Previous PDN experience with pediatrics
• G-tube/Trach/Vent experience
• Flexibility to work a variety of shift times
