Job summary

AdventHealth in Orlando, Florida is seeking an RN in Perinatal care to perform comprehensive patient assessments, develop individualized care plans, and implement interventions in a timely and safe manner.

The role requires RN licensure, Associate's degree in Nursing (Bachelor's preferred), and prior perinatal hospital experience. The candidate will collaborate with the care team to ensure optimal outcomes and adherence to policy for admissions, discharges, and transfers.

• Ability to navigate Microsoft Windows-based programs.
• Prior hospital/perinatal nursing experience.

• Conducts thorough, ongoing assessments of patients, analyzes assessment data and develops individualized, evidence-based plans of care to optimize outcomes in alignment with interdisciplinary goals.
