Job summary

Sentara Norfolk General Hospital is hiring a part-time Registered Nurse for the High-Risk Labor and Delivery Unit. The role features a rotating shift and 24 hours per week, with a sign-on bonus up to $10,000 for qualified candidates.

Responsibilities

• Nurses are cross trained to scrub, circulate, recover, and labor/deliver, providing comprehensive surgical and obstetrical care.
• Work in a fast-paced, high-acuity Labor and Delivery unit with collaboration among physicians, resident physicians, maternal-fetal medicine specialists, and staff.
• Be part of a teaching hospital environment with opportunities for hands-on learning and professional growth.
