Atrium Health Floyd Medical Center in Rome, GA seeks a dedicated Registered Nurse to join the Heart Failure Clinic. You will provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care using the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in line with established standards and procedures.

The role emphasizes evidence-based practice, clinical decision making, and compassionate communication while supporting a multidisciplinary team to improve quality of life and reduce hospitalizations in patients

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited or approved nursing program.
• Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care using the nursing process.

Department: 36938 Atrium Health Floyd Medical Center - Heart Failure Program Status: Full time Benefits Eligible: Yes Hours Per Week: 40 Schedule Details/Additional Information: Monday-Friday 8:00AM-4:30PM Days Pay Range: $38.20 - $57.30 Where You Will Work: The Heart Failure Clinic involves providing specialized care to patients with chronic heart conditions, focusing on symptom management, medication optimization, and lifestyle education. The role emphasizes close monitoring, patient counseling, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team to improve quality of life and reduce hospitalizations. It's a dynamic environment that combines clinical expertise with compassionate support for patients and their families.

We’re Looking For:

What You’ll Do:
