Advocate Health Floyd in Georgia is seeking a compassionate PRN Registered Nurse to join our Med Surg team. You will deliver and coordinate patient care using the nursing process, support safe patient environments, and contribute to positive patient experiences.

Requirements include completion of an accredited nursing program, an active RN license in the state, and BLS certification. The role offers a pay range of $38.20 to $57.30 per hour, with per diem/variable hours and comprehensive benefits

Our Med Surg units function as a collaborative team to deliver safe, high-quality care to every patient. Our team prioritizes evidence-based practices, clear communication, and compassionate support to ensure optimal outcomes and patient satisfaction.

We’re Looking For:

• Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing
• Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices
• Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association

What You’ll Do:

As a skilled and compassionate RN, you will play a pivotal role in providing and coordinating comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures. Using evidence-based practice, clinical decision making, compassion, and skills communication while leading efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum.
